How capes, name and collection add up: How we calculate

How rare is the Migrator cape?

About 6.1 million accounts have been seen with the Migrator cape (3 Oct 2026). That makes it the least rare of the 49 capes.

The count is a lower bound: only accounts that wore the cape where it could be seen are counted, so other sites report different numbers.

Can you still get the Migrator cape?

No.

History

Every account that moved from a Mojang account to Microsoft got the cape. Migration is closed; new accounts cannot get it.

So it shows one thing: the account was bought before the switch.
