Questions
How do I cancel?
In the payment history at Tebex. Sign in there with the e-mail address you gave at checkout and end the subscription. Premium stays active until the end of the paid month. We have no cancel button of our own because the subscription lives at Tebex.
Who am I buying from?
From Tebex Limited. Tebex is the seller and your contracting party, takes the payment, remits the tax and sends you the receipt. Questions about payment, refunds and withdrawal go to Tebex.
Which payment methods are there?
The ones Tebex offers at checkout for your country. You see them before you confirm anything. We neither see nor store payment details, a name or an address.
What happens when Premium ends?
Your design settings stay stored, and the profile shows the default design again. Refreshing goes back to the free intervals. Nothing is deleted, and a new subscription brings everything back.
Does Premium make my account worth more?
No. Score, tier and value are calculated the same way for every profile, with or without Premium.
Do I need a linked Minecraft account?
Not for buying. But almost every perk acts on your own profile, and that exists only once you have proved control of the account. Linking is free.
Which data goes to Tebex?
Your IP address, because Tebex requires it when the basket is created, and a random reference for this purchase. Neither your user name nor your Minecraft name. From Tebex we only learn whether the subscription is running.
